Way of the Berserker: Tyr's Fury

Tyr's Fury

This Program is focusing on building a bigger SQUAT, BENCH and DEADLIFT. You should know your 1RM numbers for the big 3 lifts, if not... TEST before starting this program.

This programme is aimed at those that prefer a dedicated day for each lift with a competition specific SBD day at the end of the week.

Path of the Powerlifter 2

This block is used to build training capacity and a strong baseline before moving into the heavier work.

This is your deload week. Designed to be low stress and allow the fatigue levels to drop. Skip this week if you feel you dont need or want it.

Deload

This block starts to shift into the bigger loads and lowering the volume to build towards competition or a gym test. Fatigue management is vital coming into the last few weeks of this block.

One of the Berserker Strength signature programmes. STRONG is a tried and tested training system.

This programme is repeatable if you prefer to keep the loads a little lighter, or you can shift up a gear and progress into the STRONG 2 programme.

Berserker Series: STRONG 1

This block starts off with some moderate volume tapering into some heavier work 

One of the Berserker Strength signature programmes. SHRED is a tried and tested training system designed primarily to improve body composition and training capacity.

Plenty of volume in this phase with high reps at the beginning before it tapers into some heavier loads.

Couple this programme with an appropriate nutrition plan to shred some bodyfat and build some serious muscle!

Berserker Series: SHRED 1

This block starts with some high volume/lighter loads and tapers into some heavier lifts.

One of the Berserker Strength signature programmes. STRONG 2 is a continuation of the STRONG 1 programme. This tapers into some heavy lifting with an optional test week at the end of the block.

This block decreases in volume and shifts into some heavy lifting with an optional test week at the end.

Designed for the athlete. 

This is a more advanced programme than Strength and Power 1.
Combining barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell and plyometric work in various movement patterns aimed at strength and power development.
